Refund Policy
Clients can request a refund for TGT Mobile+ Cards by submitting a request to our Customer Support.
Assigned and activated cards that are lost, stolen, misplaced or expired cannot be replaced or unexpended balances refunded.
Cards with defective PINs may be returned for a refund within 30 days after the date of purchase. All returns for reasons other than defective PINs would be subject to processing fee of 50%. Please allow 72 hours for refunds to be processed and additional time may occur with individual banks.
All refunds shall be paid through the original payment method used and shall be addressed to such person that deposited the credit initially.
Any abuse by user of the terms to refund hereunder, shall lead to the termination of the Agreement.
