Shipping Policy

Once you have purchased your desired amount of call credit, a confirmation email with your PIN number will immediately be sent to you. Please ensure you enter your correct email address when purchasing call credit. Our system tracks these emails, should your email bounce back the server will record this and attempt three resends within a 24hr period. If you have not received your confirmation email please contact our Support Team and they will give you your PIN over the phone.
